Jen Holsten begins her seventh year as head coach of the women's soccer program. During the past six seasons, her team has posted winning records in each season, made five consecutive post-season appearances, including two appearances in the NCAA Division III National Tournament, and has had ten players named to the NSCAA All-New England team. A native of Western Massachusetts, Holsten was a three-sport varsity athlete at Colby. She holds a B.A. in government and holds a master's degree in education with a concentration in athletic administration at Springfield College. While at Springfield, Jen served as a graduate assistant coach for the women's soccer team. During the summer months she is head coach of the Maine U-17 Olympic Development Team and works at various camps. In 1997 Jen received Coach of the Year honors from the Maine State Soccer Coaches Association. Jen is also the womenıs ice hockey coach at Colby.
