  •    Lectures and scrimmage situations involving  strategy and positioning

Session

Monday, June 22 -  Friday, June 26 (ending at 12:30 p.m. on Friday)

Activities begin at 9 a.m. and end at 3:30 p.m.

Campers can provide their own lunch or items will be available for purchase through our camp store.

Tuition is $200.00

Co-Director

Tom Dexter, assistant baseball coach at Colby College, is in his 20th year at Colby and 12th as director of the Camp of Stars.  Dexter coached three state championships for the Messalonskee Cal Ripken league and had a state championship for Central Maine Babe Ruth 13-year-olds.

 

Co-Director

Dale Plummer, Head Baseball Coach at Colby College. Former pro pitcher for eight seasons with the Red Sox and Mets.  He currently owns and directs the Pro Baseball Experience Academy.

 

Staff

Chappy Nelson, Assistant Baseball Coach, Colby

 

Plus, Area high school and college coaches, area high school and college players and the Colby baseball staff.

 

Location

The clinic will be held at the beautiful 714-acre Colby College campus.  The Colby College baseball and softball fields will be used.  Players will have use of the Olympic size indoor pool which will be available as well as other recreational facilities in the spacious field house.
