AMHERST, Mass. --- The Colby College football team, fresh off two victories at the new Harold Alfond Stadium, went back on the road Saturday and fell 23-2 to Amherst College in New England Small College Athletic Conference play.

WATERVILLE, Maine --- Colby College senior punter Victor Gagne (Skowhegan/Norridgewock, Maine) earned the first-ever New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Special Teams Football Player of the Week for his play on Saturday in the season opener at Williams College.
