WATERVILLE, Maine --- The Colby College football team will begin the 2008 season when the Mules travel to Williams College for a 1 p.m. game on Saturday, September 20.

WATERVILLE, Maine --- Colby College senior wide receiver Justin Candon (Rutland, Vt.) was named to the New England Small College Athletic Conference Football All-Conference Team on Thursday.

BRUNSWICK, Maine --- The Colby College football team allowed no points in the second half, but Bowdoin College was able to hang on for a 20-17 win over the Mules in New England Small College Athletic Conference play Saturday.

WATERVILLE, Maine --- Colby College senior Justin Candon (Rutland/Rutland, Vt.) was named the Offensive Player of the Week and first-year player Michael Talarico (Taft School/Arlington, Mass.) earned Rookie of the Week honors for their football performances by the New England Small College Athletic Conference on Monday.            

Poplaski, Candon help football upset Tufts (11/03/2007)
WATERVILLE, Maine ­--- Mike Poplaski (North Reading, Mass.), who missed all of last season with a serious knee and ankle injury, made his final home game with Colby College a memorable one with a fumble recovery for a touchdown to lift the Mules to a 19-16 win over Tufts University on Saturday at Seaverns Field.

WATERVILLE, Maine ­-- Justin Candon (Rutland, Vt.) caught nine passes for 147 yards and two touchdowns as the Colby College football team held on for a 20-13 win over rival Bates College on Saturday at Seaverns Field.

CLINTON, N.Y. --- Despite a solid day from the defense, the Colby College football team fell 20-0 to Hamilton College in a New England Small College Athletic Conference game Saturday at Steuben Field.

Amherst football holds off Colby (10/13/2007)
WATERVILLE, Maine ­--- Amherst College scored all 28 of its points in the second quarter and then held off a late Colby College rally for a 28-13 victory in New England Small College Athletic Conference football Saturday at Seaverns Field.
