Golf—2007-08 Season Overview

2010 Season Outlook

The golf team may have made more improvement than any other fall squad a year ago and have a number of returners to the 2010 roster for head coach Jim Tortorella.

Harry Smith '12, who is also the number one men's squash player at Colby, came out for golf last year and earned All-NESCAC second team honors after taking 10th place at the league tourney. He was just the third Colby golfer since 2000 to earn all-conference honors.

Tripp Huber '13 had the second-best score at the NESCAC league qualifier. Tom Lampert '12 and Taggie Martin '13 also were top five golfers for the Mules.

Colby, after many years of finishing last at the NESCAC qualifier, took sixth place in 2009 out of 11 teams. The Mules also won the Colby Invitational and the Colby Classic.
