STOWE, Vt. --- Silas Gill finished in fourth place to help the Colby College men's Nordic team place third overall and just miss second place in the 10-kilometer classical event at the University of Vermont Ski Carnival on Friday at Stowe.

Nordic team best in Maine after Rumford win (01/28/2008)
RUMFORD, Maine --- Matt Briggs finished in second place and the Colby College Nordic ski teams won the Chummy Broomhall Cup at the TD Banknorth Rumford Eastern Cup on Sunday at Black Mountain.
