Sakhi Khan, who has more than 35 years of squash experience, is entering his 13th season as head coach of the Colby men's and women's squash programs in the 2013-14 academic year.

Khan was the NESCAC Coach of the Year for women's squash after the 2011-12 season. He also earned the Chaffee Award, a national award, after the 2006-07 and 2009-10 seasons for being coach of the year for sportsmanship. The Colby women's team won a national honor as the College Squash Association's Most Improved Team Award after the 2009-10 season.

Khan has been a four-time All-American varsity squash player and graduated from Tufts University in 1985. As a college player Khan reached the National Collegiate Squash Championships finals and won the Massachusetts State Championship three times.

He also competed on the World Professional Tour for seven years. As a professional, Khan won the World Teaching Professional Championships twice.
