MIDDLETOWN, Conn. --- Wesleyan University scored 2:32 into the game on the way to a 2-0 victory over Colby College in New England Small College Athletic Conference men's soccer game Sunday.
The Cardinals (6-0-2 overall, 6-0-1 NESCAC) stay unbeaten, while the Mules fall to 4-4 overall and 1-4 in conference play.
Greg Shaheen scored his first goal of the season at 2:32 of the game and Walter Rodriguez tallied later in the first half at 30:21.
Peter Quayle stopped five shots for Colby, which had 16 shots in the game and forced eight saves for Wesleyan keeper Adam Purdy.
