WATERVILLE, Maine --- Colby College's CJ Smith (Locust Valley, N.Y.) joined his brother and sister in earning All-New England Small College Athletic Conference Men's Squash All-Conference honors after making the second team Thursday.

Smith is the younger brother of Colby squash greats Harry Smith '12 and Samantha Smith '10. Harry was a four-time All-NESCAC selection while playing the first position and Samantha made the all-conference team in all three years she was eligible. There was no all-conference team in Samantha Smith's first year at Colby.

CJ Smith stepped into the difficult first position as a first-year player and has won 10 matches heading into this weekend's College Squash Association Men's Team Championships at Yale University.

The Mules are ranked 25th nationally and open up against 32nd-ranked Tufts University in the opening round of the Conroy Cup (D Division, teams ranked 25-32). Colby will play either Georgetown or Haverford in a match Saturday.
