Men's squash tops Georgetown to make 'D' final

NEW HAVEN, Conn. --- CJ Smith and Roy Simpson III won at the top two spots for the 25th-ranked Colby College men's squash team in a semifinal win over Georgetown University in the Conroy Division (teams ranked 25 to 32) at the College Squash Association National Team Championships on Saturday.

The Mules will play in the final of the 'D' Division against Stanford University on Sunday at 9 a.m. Stanford posted a 9-0 win against Bucknell in the other Conroy Division semifinal.

Smith went four games to win his match and Simpson needed all five for his victory. Will Hochman, Yuga Koda, Stephen Carroll, Pete Gabranski, Darryl Soto, and Gregory Ho also had wins for the Mules.
