Kimball fights back to help men's tennis to 5-4 win

GENEVA, N.Y. --- Tom Kimball fought back for a win at second singles and the Colby College first doubles team of Jack Bryant and Matt Carroll also battled back for a win as the Mules earned a 5-4 win over Hobart College on Sunday.
 
The Mules are 3-0 overall during the fall season and 3-0 during their trip to New York. Colby started the trip with wins against Rensselaer and Oneonta State on Saturday. Colby finishes the trip and the fall season at Ithaca College on Monday at 4 p.m.
 
Kimball fell 6-4 in the first set and then easily won 6-2, 6-0 in the next two sets. Meanwhile, Bryant and Carroll trailed 3-0 and 6-4 in their doubles match before rallying for an 8-6 win.
 
Bryant and Sam Bachelder also had straight set singles wins for the Mules. The third doubles team of Robert Yee and Bachelder had a victory at third doubles.
