Kone has best 60 dash time in ECAC prelims

NEW YORK, N.Y. --- Colby College men's sprinter Dom Kone will be the favorite in the final of the 60-meter dash on Saturday after posting the top time and winning his heat in preliminary race at the ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships on Friday night.
 
Kone had the best time of the day in winning his heat with a 6.83 clocking for the Mules.
 
John Gilboy placed 17th in the shot put with a toss of 44-4.75.
 
The men's distance medley relay squad of Matt White, Will Supple, Sean Madigan, and Ben Lester took 20th in 10:38.17.
