WATERVILLE, Maine --- Blue Team Community, the Colby College football program's collective efforts in and around the Waterville community and surrounding New England area has wrapped up the spring semester with staggering numbers and some awe-inspiring stories.

Whitmores, Langlois, Jabar, Zalot make NE Basketball Hall of Fame (06/12/2013)
WATERVILLE, Maine --- Colby College graduates Therese Langlois '85, Kevin Whitmore '91, Joseph Jabar '68, coaching legend Dick Whitmore, and current Harold Alfond Director of Athletics Marcella Zalot will be inducted as part of the 2013 class of the New England Basketball Hall of Fame on June 22 at the DCU Center in Worcester, Mass.

WATERVILLE, Maine --- The Colby College women's lacrosse team finished the season ranked 10th in the final Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division III national poll.

Desmond, Gilboy earn academic District 1 honors (05/31/2013)
WATERVILLE, Maine --- Colby College's Brian Desmond (Ann Arbor, Mich.) and John Gilboy (Saco, Maine) were both named to the College Sports Information Directors Association/Capital One Academic All-District 1 Team for men's cross country and track and field.

WATERVILLE, Maine --- Colby College's Justine Seraganian (Montreal, Canada) earned Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association Division III All-America honors after being named to the second team on Friday.

WATERVILLE, Maine --- After finishing third among New England Small College Athletic Conference schools during the winter, Colby College moved up to second with 92 student-athletes honored on the NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team.

Bell has memorable time on track, at special ceremony (05/27/2013)
Colby College All-American Brittney Bell helped the 1,600-meter relay team to a runner-up finish at the NCAA Division III Track and Field Championships on Saturday night in Wisconsin. She graduated in a special ceremony on Sunday afternoon after having to miss the morning commencement.

LA CROSSE, Wis. --- Only the home school could stop the Colby College women's 1,600-meter relay team from a national championship on Saturday night at the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse.

Matthews 18th in hammer throw at NCAA meet (05/24/2013)
LA CROSSE, Wis. --- Colby College's Abbott Matthews finished in 18th place in the hammer throw at the NCAA Division III Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Friday night at University of Wisconsin at La Crosse.
