Lebrun-Fortin takes third in slalom for Mules

LAKE PLACID, N.Y. --- Colby College first-year skier Vincent Lebrun-Fortin finished in third place in the slalom to help the men's team take sixth at the St. Lawrence University Ski Carnival at Whiteface Mountain on Saturday.

Lebrun-Fortin had runs of 43.91 and 41.46 for a total time of 1:25.37. Sam Witherspoon placed 17th for the Colby men.

Dana Breakstone was 15th for the Colby women and Laura Littman took 25th. The women's team placed seventh.
