Morgan, Breakstone lead way in giant slalom

HANCOCK, Mass. --- Brian Morgan had another solid week in the giant slalom for the Colby College men's alpine team and Dana Breakstone finished 13th for the women at the Williams College Ski Carnival on Friday at Jiminy Peak.

Morgan led three Colby skiers in the top 17 by placing 10th in a two-run total time of 1:39.82. Vincent Lebrun-Fortin was 14th in 1:40.46 and teammate Josh Kernan took 17th with a 1:40.67 as the Mules were fourth out of 10 teams.

Breakstone helped the women tie for sixth place by skiing to a time of 1:45.32 over her two runs.
