LOWELL, Mass. --- The Colby College men's crews won all three races and the women captured one race in rowing competition Saturday against Coast Guard Academy and a few other schools.

The Colby men's varsity 8  had a time of 5 minutes, 46.2 seconds to hold off Coast Guard (5:51.0). The second varsity 8 boat also won with a 5:59.6 clocking to Coast Guard's 6:01.7. The men's novice 8 cruised to a win in 6:32.1 over Coast Guard (6:44.4) and Mass Maritime Academy (7:37.1).
