AMHERST, Mass. --- Colby College goaltender Michelle Burt made six saves in the second half and allowed no goals, but Amherst College did the damage in the first half in a 5-0 NESCAC win Saturday. The Lord Jeffs (8-3 overall, 4-3 NESCAC) scored all five of their goals in the final 16:57 of the opening half. Colby falls to 4-7 overall and 0-7 in league play. Liz Schink and Katie McMahon both had one goal and one assist for the Lord Jeffs, who had a 25-6 shot advantage. Burt entered the game at halftime for the Mules and held the Jeffs scoreless. Amherst keeper Sarah Wise earned the shutout with three stops.
