Mules take road win over the Monks

PORTLAND, Maine --- Meryl Poulin scored with 11:38 left in regulation as the Colby College field hockey team posted a 2-1 win over St. Joseph's College in a non-conference game at Deering High School.

Olivia Lattanzi scored the lone goal of the first half for a 1-0 Mule (4-40 lead just 9:39 into the contest. However, the Monks' Kayla Nowell tallied 6:30 minutes later.

Poulin knocked in the game-winning goal to make a winner of a Colby goaltender Liz Fontaine (5 saves).
