NCAA lacrosse game at 4:30 on Wednesday
WATERVILLE, Maine --- The Colby College women's lacrosse team will play Eastern Connecticut State at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday in the first round of the NCAA Division III Tournament at Bill Alfond Field.
The pairings were announced on Sunday night, but the time start for the game was decided Monday morning. Tickets are $3 for adults and $2 for students and there will be no pre-sale of tickets. Ticket sales will begin at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Bill Alfond Field. The winner of Wednesday's game will play at Hamilton College in a regional semifinal game Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Colby (12-5) just won the program's first-ever New England Small College Athletic Conference title with a 14-12 win over Trinity College on Sunday. Eastern Connecticut (11-6) won the Little East Conference with a 17-10 championship game win against University of Southern Maine.
