Brooks named men's lacrosse all-league team

WATERVILLE, Maine --- Junior attacker Caddy Brooks (Darien, Conn.) was named to the New England Small College Athletic Conference Men's Lacrosse All-Conference Second Team after leading the Mules in scoring this season.

Brooks finished the season with 30 goals and 16 assists for 46 points. He also led the Mules in ground balls with 55 and shot percentage (.429). Brooks, the NESCAC Rookie of the Year in 2006, tied for the team lead in scoring as a first-year player and led the Mules in scoring as a sophomore.

Brooks was tied for third in the conference in points per game (3.29) and was seventh in goals per game (2.14). He heads into his final year at Colby next spring with 70 goals and 52 assists for 122 career points.
