CASTINE, Maine --- Logan King had a goal and an assist in the final seven minutes of the game to help the Colby College men's soccer team pull away for a 3-0 victory over Maine Maritime Academy on Tuesday night.

The Mules (5-5-1) had a 42-2 shot advantage, but MMA (3-10-2) stayed in the game.

Colby went up 1-0 when Tom Milaschewski headed in a cross from JoseLuis Mendoza with just 4:26 to halftime.

First-year forward Nate Seiberling got his team-best fourth goal of the season off a pass from King at the 83 minute mark to give the Mules some breathing room. King then scored Colby's third goal off a pass from Adam Curatolo for his third goal of the season.

Dan Marden, Doug Sibor and Zak Starr all played 25 minutes or more in goal for Colby to share the shutout.

The Mules play at Connecticut College on Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
