Wesleyan men's soccer beats Colby

WATERVILLE, Maine --- Sam Griswold (West Tisbury, Mass.) had a goal and an assist as the 14th-ranked Wesleyan University men's soccer team stayed unbeaten this season with a 3-0 win over Colby College in New England Small College Athletic Conference play Saturday.

Wesleyan improved to 8-0-1 overall and 5-0 in the league. Colby dropped to 2-3-2 overall and 1-3-1 in the league.

Chris Brown (Boise, Idaho) and Matt Nevin (Montclair, N.J.) had first-half goals for the Cardinals. Peter Glidden (Algondones, N.M.) had two assists, including Griswold's goal in the second half.
