Zevin finishes eighth for Mules at league meet

WATERVILLE, Maine --- Craig Zevin made the championship final and placed eighth in the 50-yard breaststroke at the New England Small College Athletic Conference Men's Swimming and Diving Championships on Friday at Bowdoin College.

Zevin had a time of 27.57 in the final after clocking a 27.07 in a preliminary race during the morning session. Meanwhile in the 'B' final (places 9-16), Mason Roberts won the race and finished ninth overall with a 26.93. Roberts would have finished in sixth place in the championship final with a 26.93.

Ryan Trafton took 14^th place in the 50 butterfly (23.91, 23.59 prelim) and Andy Peterson took 14^th in the 50 backstroke (25.50, 25.14 prelim).
