WATERVILLE, Maine --- Bryan Brown (Bangor, Maine) did not drop a game at first singles and Zack Schuman (Watchung, N.J.) lost just two games at the second spot as the Colby College men's tennis team took a 6-0 win over Connecticut College on Sunday.
The Mules improve to 7-4 overall and 3-2 in the New England Small College Athletic Conference, while the Camels fall to 3-9 for the season and 0-4 in conference play.
Alex Chin (Anaheim Hills, Calif.) had the other singles win for Colby. Three of the singles matches were not played after Colby had already clinched the match.
Brown and Schuman took a 9-7 win at first doubles. The Mules also received wins at doubles from Chin and Tim Fuhriman (Salt Lake City, Utah) at the second position, and Nick Rosen-Wachs (Scarsdale, N.Y.) and Dylan Jaffee (Wilmette, Ill.) at third doubles.
