BOSTON, Mass. --- Trent Wiseman keeps going higher and higher for the Colby College men's indoor track and field team after breaking his own school record in the pole vault on Friday night at the Open New England Championships at Boston University.

Wiseman finished fourth overall out of 22 jumpers with a leap of 15-feet, 7-inches in the meet with Division I, II, and III leapers. Wiseman, who jumped 15-5 a year ago in an outdoor meet, had the same jump as MIT's Nathan Peterson, who placed third. However, Peterson took third because of fewer missed jumps. Division I jumper Kyle Duggan (16-6.75) placed first for the University of Connecticut and University of Rhode Island's James Strawderman was second with a 16-0.75.

Colby teammate Luke Doherty Munro finished in 24th place in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:57.02.
