Moss, Bucsko, Copeland lead men's track

CLERMONT, Fla. --- Chris Copeland, Dan Moss, and Cam Bucsko all won two events for the Colby College men's outdoor track and field team as the Mules opened the season at the National Training Center meet in Florida.

Copeland took the 100 dash (11.44) and won the long jump (21-11) for the Mules. Moss captured the 800 (2:04.68) and 1,500 (4:10.35) meter runs, while Bucsko was a winner in the discus (138-07) and hammer (129-0) throws. Bucsko also placed second in the shot put (45-0.5).

Andy Maguire placed first for Colby in the 3,000 steeplechase (10:41.0). The Mules also received seconds from David Lowe in the javelin throw (122-01) and 110 hurdles (17.69). Bob Glotfelty was second to Moss in the 1,500 meters (4:14.83) and Madison Gouzie was runner-up in the 400 hurdles (57.44).
