WATERVILLE, Maine --- Dominique Kone (Bucksport, Maine), David Lowe (Acton, Mass.), and Trent Wiseman (Tampa, Fla.) all earned New England Small College Athletic Conference Men's Track and Field All-Conference honors after placing in the top three in events at Saturday's league meet at Tufts University. Kone, a first-year sprinter and jumper, won a NESCAC title in his first league meet with a time of 11.03 in the 100-meter dash. His winning time easily beat the other seven runners in the championship final, with the runner-up finishing in 11.27. Kone also earned all-league honors by taking third place in the 200 dash in 22.71. Lowe, a junior captain, earned his all-conference honor by placing third in the 400 meter hurdles (55.55). Wiseman, another first-year athlete, took second in the pole vault with a leap of 14-8.75. He already holds Colby's school record in the pole vault at 15-3.
