BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Colby College's Dom Kone finished in second place in the 100-meter dash at the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) Men's Track and Field Championships on Friday at Moravian College. Kone finished with a time of 10.85 to earn runner-up status to Moravian's Eric Woodruff, who had a 10.63 on his home track. Kone is the two-time New England Small College Athletic Conference champion in the 100 dash and had the fastest time in the country during the indoor season in the 55-meter dash. John Gilboy added a 12th in the shot put with a toss of 46-11.5. The eight points from Kone's race helped the Colby men finish 29th out of 58 scoring teams at the competition.
