Men's relay team helps Mules take fifth

STOWE, Vt. --- Sam Mathes, Wyatt Fereday, and Jake Barton combined to finish in seventh place in the 3x5-kilometer freestyle relay for the Colby College men's Nordic team at the Dartmouth College Ski Carnival on Saturday at Stowe.

The three helped the Mules place fifth overall with 77 points with a time of 40 minutes, 50.0 seconds.

In women's racing, the Colby trio of Lucy Garrec, Olga Golovkina, and Melissa Krause joined forces to finish eighth in 48:06.8.
