Fereday 26th, Barton 38th at NCAA meet

STOWE, Vt. --- Colby College Nordic skier Wyatt Fereday finished in 26^th place and teammate Jake Barton finished 38^th in the 10-kilometer freestyle technique race at the 2011 NCAA Skiing Championships at the Trapp Family Lodge on Wednesday.

Fereday finished in a time of 27 minutes, 38.1 seconds to earn 14 points for the Mules. Barton had a 28:27.6 clocking for the Mules.

The Colby skiers will compete in the 20K classic mass start on Friday at 11:30 a.m.
