Trinity takes games from Colby in softball

HARTFORD, Conn. --- The Colby College softball team played for the first time since Marach 30 in Florida in dropping 9-0, 9-0 and 13-2 games to Trinity College in New England Small College Athletic Conference play Saturday.
The games were originally scheduled for Colby, but the storms over the past few weeks have not allowed the Mules (8-5, 0-3 NESCAC) to get on their home field. Miki Starr and Carlie Minichino both had doubles in the third game for Colby. Starr also went 2-for-2 in the second game.
