Colby squash teams both fall to Williams

WATERVILLE, Maine --- Madeline Dufour (Harrison, N.Y.) went five games for the Colby College women's squash team before falling and Sky Weiss (Barrington, R.I.) had the most competitive match for the men's team in 9-0 setbacks to Williams College on Saturday night.

Dufour lost the first game 11-7 at the fourth spot and then won 12-10 and 11-7 in the next two games. However, Alli Rubin fought back for 13-11 and 11-7 wins over the final two games. Colby dropped to 4-1 on the season.

Weiss went four games before falling 3-1 at the eighth spot for the Colby men (2-1).

Both Colby teams entered the matches ranked 20th nationally, while the Williams women were eighth and the men 10th.
