WATERVILLE, Maine --- Tickets will go on sale Thursday for the New England Small College Athletic Conference Men's Hockey Championship semifinal games set for Saturday at Colby College's Alfond Rink.
The top-seeded Colby men will take on sixth-seeded Trinity College at 1 p.m. Middlebury College, the second seed, meets fourth-seeded Amherst College at 4 p.m. Tickets are $5 for adults and $2 for students (ticket prices are set by the NESCAC). Children aged 6 and under will be admitted free. You can watch both games Saturday for the one ticket price.
Tickets for community members and Colby faculty and staff will be on sale from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Thursday in the main athletic office (room 316) in the Harold Alfond Athletic Center. Using cash is the only way to purchase tickets and tickets will be sold until the supply is exhausted.
Tickets also will go on sale at noon on Saturday if any tickets are left over from the pre-sale.
Student ticket information will be announced Tuesday, but it is expected that the tickets will go on sale Thursday.
For Sunday's 1 p.m. championship game, pre-sale tickets will go on sale for one hour after the first game of the day and for one hour after the second game on the Colby basketball court. Tickets remain the same at $5 for adults and $2 for students.
