MIDDLETOWN, Conn. --- Connecticut College got off to a quick start in the decisive fourth game in taking a 3-1 victory over Colby College in New England Small College Athletic Conference volleyball Saturday at Wesleyan University. Heather Arvidson had nine kills to lead the Mules (4-11, 0-4 NESCAC). Emily Ten Eyck added 13 assists, while Maggie Taylor finished with 12 defensive digs and two blocks. The Camels (12-3, 3-1) received 10 kills from Amy Newman and 31 assists from Marissa DeMais in the 25-13, 25-16, 20-25, 25-17 win. The Mules got off to a 4-0 lead in the third set only to see the Camels battle back for a 14-11 margin. Colby went on a 9-2 scoring run to take a 20-16 lead and went on to win the set.
