WATERVILLE, Maine --- Colby College's Katie McCabe (Taft School/Watertown, Conn.) earned all-conference honors in her second sport of the year after being named to the New England Small College Athletic Conference Women's Basketball All-Conference Team on Wednesday.
McCabe, who was a three-time All-NESCAC selection in soccer, earned second team basketball honors and was on the all-conference team for the first time.
McCabe was tied for second in the NESCAC in scoring (15.3) and was second in rebounding (9.5). She also led the Mules in field goal percentage (.455), steals (28 total), and was second in assists (47).
McCabe ranked fifth all-time in scoring at Colby with 1,241 points and added 729 rebounds for the Mules (9-16).
