WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. --- Colette Finley scored a pair of goals and added an assist to lift the Colby College women's hockey team to a 5-2 win over Williams College in New England Small College Athletic Conference play Friday night.
Colby (5-4-2) scored three goals in the first period behind goals from Finley, Amanda Comeau, and Becky Julian. Julian finished with one goal and two assists, while Comeau scored twice. Williams (1-8) scored the next two goals to make the game tight. Sam Tarnasky scored at 17:00 of the second period and Kait O'Brien tallied at 11:58 of the third to make it 3-2. Finley sealed the win at 16:38 of the final period and Comeau tallied about 40 seconds later for the final goal. Lacey Brown stopped 33 shots for the Mules.
