MIDDLETOWN, Conn. --- Despite a 37-25 shot advantage, the Colby College women's hockey team allowed two power play goals in the first period on the way to a 2-1 setback to Wesleyan University on Friday night. The Cardinals (3-11-0 overall) had a two-player advantage and scored at 11:55 to bring one of Colby's players back on the ice. The Cardinals, though, still had the power play and MJ Cardin tallied at 12:17 for a 2-0 margin. Meghan Tedoldi had the lone goal for Colby (2-9-5) on the power play at 14:04 of the final period.
