BRUNSWICK, Maine – Kathryn Vergeyle had the lone win of the day for the Colby College women's tennis team in an 8-1 setback to 11th-ranked Bowdoin College in New England Small College Athletic Conference play Wednesday. Vergeyle took a 6-4, 6-2 win over Hannah Hoerner at sixth singles. Colby falls to 7-5 overall and 2-3 in NESCAC play, while Bowdoin is 9-3 and 2-1 in the league.
