Women's tennis rips Thomas, allows no games

WATERVILLE, Maine --- The Colby College women's tennis team did not give up a game in taking a 9-0 non-conference win at Thomas College on Saturday in the spring season opener.

Katie Muto was a winner at first singles and with second singles player Caroline Reaves at first doubles. Katie Brezinski, Tara Davidson, Kathryn Vergeyle, and Mckenzie Love also took singles wins.

Davidson and Brezinski were the second doubles team for Colby in an 8-0 win and Vergeyle teamed with Julie Achenbaum at the third spot.

The Mules will play host to Bates College on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
