COLUMBUS, Ohio --- Colby College's Danielle Sheppard (Kittery, Maine) finished in a five-way tie for ninth place in the women's high jump at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships at Capital University on Saturday. Sheppard, a senior, had a leap of 5-3 ¼ in her only make of the day. She has jumped as high as 5-6 during the course of the season. Rose-Hulman's Elizabeth Evans won the event with a 5-7 ¾.
