WATERVILLE, Maine ­--- Colby College had 37 athletes named to the 2007 New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Spring All-Academic Team.

WATERVILLE, Maine ­-- Men’s hockey player Greg Osborne (Stoughton, Mass.) and women’s lacrosse player Allie Libby (Needham, Mass.) each earned Bill Millett Award honors for contributing the most to athletics at Colby College during the annual senior awards ceremony on Thursday night.            

Softball team finishes season with sweep (05/02/2007)
WATERVILLE, Maine ---­ Lindsey Toomey (Wellesley, Mass.) pitched a shutout in her final collegiate game at Colby College and teammate Randi Arsenault (South Paris, Maine) also threw a shutout as the Mules posted 7-0 and 6-0 wins over University of Maine at Presque Isle in non-conference softball Wednesday at Crafts Field.

WALTHAM, Mass. ­--- The Colby College softball team fell to 15-13 on the season after falling 13-6 and 7-3 in a non-conference doubleheader to Brandeis University on Sunday.

WATERVILLE, Maine ­-- Carlie Minichino (Stratford, Conn.) hit a two-run homer in the sixth inning to back up the pitching of Randi Arsenault (South Paris, Maine) as the Colby College softball team took a 2-1 win over Bowdoin College in the second game of a doubleheader Wednesday at Crafts Field.

Salemy, Crowell earn weekly NESCAC honors (04/24/2007)
WATERVILLE, Maine ­-- Colby College senior baseball player Tom Salemy (Odessa, Fla.) and sophomore softball player Alyssa Crowell (Gilford, N.H.) each earned New England Small College Athletic Conference weekly honors for their play for the week ending April 22.

BRUNSWICK, Maine --- After posting five shutouts in a row, the Colby College softball found themselves on the end of a shutout in a 4-0 loss to Bowdoin College in New England Small College Athletic Conference East Division play Tuesday.

WATERVILLE, Maine ­--- Randi Arsenault (South Paris, Maine) tossed a one-hit shutout in the second game and Brittany Tasi (South Hero, Vt.) and Alyssa Crowell (Gilford, N.H.) combined on a two-hit shutout in the opener as the Colby College softball team took 2-0 and 4-0 wins over Maine Maritime Academy on Sunday.
