Softball team earns split with Trinity (04/28/2012)
HARTFORD, Conn. –- Aimee Polimeno (Woodstock, N.H.) earned the victory and Lindsay Peterson (Fairfield, Conn.) had a big two-run double for the Colby College softball team in a 4-3 win over Trinity College in the opening game of a doubleheader Saturday in NESCAC East play.

Michie, Park lead softball to 1-0 win over Trinity (04/27/2012)
HARTFORD, Conn. --- Megan Michie (Rhinebeck, N.Y.) threw her first collegiate shutout and Kelsey Park (Presque Isle, Maine) had an RBI triple in the top of the seventh inning to lift the Colby College softball team to a 1-0 win over Trinity College in NESCAC East play Friday.

Softball sweeps two games from USM (04/25/2012)
GORHAM, Maine – First-year Megan Michie (Rhinebeck, N.Y.) struck out 14 batters and allowed just four hits in the second game of a non-conference softball doubleheader as the Colby College Mules edged the University of Southern Maine Huskies by a single run in both games to take the sweep Wednesday.

WATERVILLE, Maine --- Meaghan Lewia and Brianne Wheeler both had three hits for the Colby College softball team over two games in 7-1 and 8-0 setbacks to Bowdoin College in NESCAC East softball Saturday.

WATERVILLE, Maine --- Lauren Becker (Falls Church, Va.) had two hits for Colby College, but Melissa DellaTorre (Scarborough, Maine) pitched a complete game and Amy Hackett (Bangor, Maine) drove in a pair of runs for the Bowdoin College softball team in a 5-0 victory over in NESCAC East play Friday at Crafts Field.

Becker, Graichen lead softball past Thomas, 8-0 (04/19/2012)
WATERVILLE, Maine --- Senior co-captain Katie Graichen (Arundel, Maine) had two hits, two runs, and drove in three runs to lift the Colby College softball team to an 8-0 win over Thomas College on Thursday in non-conference play at Crafts Field.

WATERVILLE, Maine --- First-year pitcher Allyson Fournier (South Windsor, Conn.) threw a perfect game in the opener and then picked up a second victory in relief in the nightcap as Tufts University took 5-0 and 4-3 wins over Colby College in NESCAC East softball Saturday at Crafts Field.

WATERVILLE, Maine --- The Colby College softball team gave 11th-ranked Tufts University a battle and were inches away from taking the lead in the bottom of the sixth inning, but the Jumbos held on and pulled away for a 5-2 win in New England Small College Athletic Conference East Division play Friday at Crafts Field.

WATERVILLE, Maine --- Erin Caputo (Sayville, N.Y.) had to get some extra work done to get her victory, but the Colby College first-year pitcher did the job in helping the Mules to a 3-2 victory over local rival Thomas College in non-conference softball play Wednesday at Thomas. 

Softball takes doubleheader sweep of UMF (04/10/2012)
FARMINGTON, Maine --- Colby College pitching limited the University of Maine at Farmington to six hits in the doubleheader as the Mules grabbed a sweep over the Beavers by scores of 10-1 and 7-2 in non-conference softball Tuesday at Prescott Field.
