2010-11 season highlights: Heneghan earned All-NESCAC honors for taking third in the 200 freestyle at the league meet. She also was fifth in the 1,650 freestyle and ninth in the 500 freestyle at the conference championships. Heneghan had a fine year in dual meet races, taking the 200 freestyle and 200 breaststroke against Bowdoin, three wins in freestyle races (100, 200, 500) against Wesleyan, Trinity, and Bowdoin. Chelsea also had wins against Bates (200 free), Norwich (500 free), Middlebury (100 free, 200 free), and MIT (200 free). 2009-10 season highlights: Chelsea is a school record holder in the 200 freestyle relay and the 800 freestyle relay. Studied abroad in the fall semester at Townsville, Australia. She then finished 10th in the 200 freestyle (1:55.13), 12th in the 500 freestyle (5:08.93), and 13th in the 100 freestyle (54.01) at the NESCAC meet. 2008-09 season highlights: Heneghan was on the All-NESCAC team in the 400 medley relay. She took ninth in the 200 freestyle (1:54.11), 10th in the 100 freestyle (53.33), and 10th in the 500 freestyle (5:04.53) at the conference meet. 2007-08 season highlights: Chelsea earned All-American honors in the 200 medley and 400 medley relays at the NCAA meet. She won the team's Rookie Award after taking 10th in the 200 freestyle (1:56.04), 10th in the 100 freestyle (53.97), and 13th in the 500 freestyle (5:13.49). At Colby: Heneghan majored in Biology and a minor in Human Development.
