2009 season highlights: Chris earned All-NESCAC second team honors at defensive back after leading the Mules in total tackles (81), solo tackles (46), assisted tackles (35), pass break-ups (7), and was tied for first in interceptions (2 for 49 yards). He was honored with the team's Jorgen Bocklage Award. 2008 season highlights: Copeland was second on the team in tackles with 54 and first in solo stops (38), interceptions (3), and pass break-ups (6). He also recovered one fumble. Named to the National Team of the Week after the Mules beat Middlebury. 2007 season highlights: Sat out 2007 season with an injury. 2006 season highlights: Chris had 10 tackles and one fumble recovery. 2005 season highlights: Had five tackles in his first year at Colby.  At Colby:  Chris has a double major in History and Government... also has been a member of Colby's track and field team. Before Colby:  Played football, skied (alpine), and ran track at Shenedehowa High School... National Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete.
