Hirsch was the recipient of the NESCAC Winter All-Sportsmanship Team honor. 2007-08 season highlights: Was a scorer in the distance freestyle races. 2006-07 season highlights: won the team's Most Improved Performer (MIP) award. At Colby: David has a double major in Chemistry and Biochemistry, with a minor in Philosophy... SAAC... teacher's assistant for chemistry... water polo team... equestrian team for one year... works as an EMT during the summer. Before Colby: Swam and ran track at Shady Side Academy...captain.
