2010 season highlights: James, a captain, was one of the better defenders in the league and was fourth in the conference in groundballs per game (4.44) and sixth in total groundballs (71). He led all NESCAC defensemen in groundballs, was second on the Mules in groundballs, and also added one goal. Brady earned Colby's Lake Award for outstanding athletic ability, leadership, and academic accomplishment. Brady finished his career with 181 groundballs and never had a season with less than 30. James was a 2010 NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection. 2009 season highlights: Brady finished up with 38 groundballs, one goal, and one assist while starting all 15 games. 2008 season highlights: James was second on the team in groundballs with 42. 2007 season highlights: Brady finished with 30 groundballs and scored his first collegiate goal.  At Colby:  James is pursuing a double major if Chemistry and Classical Civilizations... SAAC, Chemistry Club... Research Assistant for Chemistry during the summer.  Before Colby:  Played lacrosse and ran cross country and indoor track at Walpole High School... National Honor Society... Captained the lacrosse team.
