2011 season highlights: Kate more than doubled her kill total from the previous year with 137 and tripled her block output with a team-high 65. She also had 28 service aces. Bellerose was on the NESCAC Fall All-Academic Team. 2010 season highlights: Bellerose had 51 kills, 25 digs, and 24 blocks in her first year with the Mules. At Colby: Kate has a double major in Spanish and Latin American Studies...she is a tutor in the Writer's Center, a tour guide, and a member of CCOR...research assistant...summer of 2012 was a research assistant...intern for Cross Cultural Solutions in Guatemala, coached volleyball for SMASH, and volunteered with Pine Village Preschool. Before Colby: Kate played varsity volleyball for Newton North...she was a Bay State All-Star.
