2011 season highlights: Pistel, a three-sport athlete at Colby, started all 14 games on defense. 2010 season highlights: Kate finished with one goal and two assists. She had the assist on the overtime goal in a 4-3 win over rival Bates. 2009 season highlights: Pistel was tied for the team lead in scoring with two goals and two assists for six points. She scored her first collegiate goal in an easy win over Southern Maine and then had the lone goal in a 1-0 overtime win over Husson. At Colby: Kate is pursuing a major in Human Development...has earned All-NESCAC honors for Colby squash and is a two-time All-American in lacrosse...Amherst College Summer Programs assistant during the summer months. Before Colby: Played soccer, squash, and lacrosse at Suffield Academy...earned all-state for soccer in 2007 and 2008... Honorable Mention All-American for lacrosse in 2008...New England Class B Squash Champion in 2008... earned Suffield's Math Award in 2005 and 2006.
