2010-11 season highlights: Fischer finished in 12th place in the NESCAC in the 200 breaststroke and also raced in relays. Fischer had a win in the 200 breaststroke in a meet against Trinity, Wesleyan, and Bowdoin. He also had a victory in the 500 freestyle against Bates and won three times (500 free, 1,000 free, 200 IM) in a win against Norwich. 2009-10 season highlights: Ryan swam in the longer freestyle races and the breaststroke for the Mules. 2008-09 season highlights: Fischer finished in 15th in the 1,650 freestyle in his first NESCAC conference meet. At Colby: Ryan is pursuing a double major in Economics and Mathematics...member of Colby's water polo club...works as a lifeguard during the summer. Before Colby: Swam at Bergen Catholic...YMCA state champion in 1,000 and 1,650 Freestyle in 2007 and 2008.
