2009-10 season highlights: Tara finished 12-2 in singles play at the fourth and fifth spots and was 8-5 while playing second doubles. She earned the ITA Scholar-Athlete Award, the NESCAC Spring All-Academic honor, and was on the NESCAC All-Sportsmanship team. 2008-09 season highlights: Davidson played fourth singles and second doubles. She had league singles wins over Bates, Connecticut College, Hamilton, and Tufts. Davidson and doubles partner Katie Brezinski had conference wins against Conn College, Hamilton, and Wesleyan. She and Brezinski also had three wins on Colby's trip to South Carolina during the spring trip. Davidson was a 2009 NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection and also earned the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Scholar-Athlete Award. 2007-08 season highlights: Tara played most fifth singles and had wins against Bates, Wesleyan, and Hamilton in the league. She played doubles with Brezinski and some with Katie Muto. 2006-07 season highlights: Davidson saw time at sixth singles and third doubles in her first year with the Mules. At Colby: Tara majors in Mathematical Sciences and minors in Environmental Education... also played soccer for two years at Colby... mentor for Colby Cares About Kids (CCAK)... Colby Outdoor Orientation Trips (COOT) leader... member of Campus Conversation On Race (CCOR)... member of the Miller Library Circulation... works as a camp counselor at Camp Sewataro during the summers. Before Colby: Played tennis, soccer, and basketball at The Rivers School where she captained all three teams... earned NEPSAC All-League recognition for tennis and soccer... graduated with distinction.
